*** The speed and dry panning portions of the Team, Men’s, Women’s, and State competition will be run simultaneously when a second judge is available.   The judges will determine the order speed and dry panning will be run.   Contestants will pan the first of the judges choices, and then immediately proceed to the next choice, allowing for set up time and calculations by the timers.
